Fifth-Dimensional Light

Greetings, I am Juliano. The light technology of the higher dimension is based on the principles of vibration. The basic principle can be expressed in a formula that has to do with that a higher energy can influence a lower energy. Certainly on the Earth it also happens that a lower energy can influence a higher energy. In the fifth dimension and in the higher realms that we are working with and with the ascended masters, the formula of the lower energy affecting the higher energy does not work. In fact, only the reverse is true and operational when you are working with fifth-dimensional energy and working with fifth-dimensional beings. Therefore, when you are in the midst of a higher vibration, then you will be affected, and you will have a shift in your consciousness. We are exploring and working to assist in the mass transformation in a planet. We are working and assisting you in developing the interventions that will be allowing a higher energy of group consciousness to affect the lower energy that is present on the Earth consciousness. This includes the technology of light.

Let us review the basic knowledge that you have of light. From the standpoint of the scientific realm, we have understood your knowledge that the light cannot travel but at a highest speed of 186,000 miles per second. Using that model, that means that you are limited by that speed, which is of course a fantastic speed from the third dimension. From the fifth dimension, it is not fast enough. Because the amount of the distances and the space that is covered do not allow you to go very far. The second aspect of our realm is that the concepts of space do not exist the way you conceive them in the third dimension. That means that when you are traveling at the speed of light, you do not have the reference point of the space that you have on the Earth. Untold distances and untold actions and interventions can be accomplished. When you are able to move out of the third-dimensional consciousness and expand your abilities into the fifth dimension, then you connect to corridors that allow you to download information and download energy from the fifth dimension into the third dimension. That gives you the advantage of being able to travel beyond the normal speed that we have talked about and at the same time to activate energy and to activate light that can be brought down into the Earth. The light frequency can be projected to affect a mass consciousness. We have talked about in a previous lecture the consciousness known as Messianic Light. Messianic Light is the consciousness and energy that is so powerful and that is so intense that it has the activation energy to shift the mass consciousness of a large group of people and also to even shift the consciousness of an entire planet. You had asked: what kind of energy light is that with that ability? The Messianic Light is a light that is coming from the Creator source through a special messenger or son of light. It is also referred to as the sons of the light energy, because the messenger of the Messianic Light also has workers and assistants. They carry the light and are known as the son and light carriers or the son and light children.

It is no accident that you are assuming the name of lightworkers. We are referring to the name of the White Brotherhood/Sisterhood that so beautifully describes those who are so mystically bent in understanding the universal consciousness and light consciousness of the All. We are asking that the name be changed to the Light Brotherhood and Sisterhood so that it acknowledges the rising above any possibility of color differentiation, any possibility of misinterpretation. More important, it is acknowledging the spiritual basis of light technology.

This fifth-dimensional light that we have described is a combination of Messianic light, fifth-dimensional light and light that is connected through the corridors to the Earth. Let that light enter those of you who are hearing these words and reading these words and who designate themselves as lightworkers. We have designated and called on you to remember this time of December 15th, a time of activation of lightworkers. It is a time of bringing together the tools for the light technology interventions. We are aware that there are groups of lightworkers throughout this planet who gather at certain times and are working, assisting to shift the consciousness and to shift the events for a more positive outcome. In many instances, this has been very successful. In this instance, we are asking that the new light energy be brought into the consciousness of all the lightworkers. This light consciousness is designated as Messianic Light and can be transmitted into the central core of the Earth and also, simultaneously, be allowed to be transferred into the three etheric crystals that are placed in very key positions by you on the Earth. At a given moment, an activation moment will occur when that light emanates from all sources and fills the etheric energy, the astral energy realm of the Earth and at the same time begins to form a circular pattern. You can visualize a ball of light as an actual ball that may be as much as a half a mile in diameter. This ball begins to circulate around the Earth at approximately five to six miles above the Earth. This ball is actually an interdimensional ball. This interdimensional ball begins to heal the etheric holes in the Earth's energy field. It will begin to heal the rifts in the space-time continuum that are on the planet and are causing such disturbances. Most important, it will begin to cleanse the lower astral realm that is around your planet. The lower astral realm is filled, from our observations, with many low energy beings -- beings that perhaps have died through one means or another of violence and have remained in the lower levels and have not gone on.

When we travel in our interdimensional ships and we come to your Earth, we see a tremendous clogging of the energy valves around your planet from the lower astral planes. Because of the space-time rifts and the holes in the etheric energy field of the planet Earth, lower beings can periodically descend and attach themselves to other lower beings on Earth who are not of the light consciousness, and work in conjunction with them to create upsetting situations or problems. Individually, you have seen this when people commit very strange crimes of violence. Collectively you have seen this where there has been perhaps some type of political difficulty or possibility of war. These lower astral beings can create great havoc on a planet. We see that the possibilities exist for peace and harmony and a growing connection of brotherhood and sisterhood on this planet. This is what you might call the 'darker forces'. This lower astral realm field cannot tolerate the light energy that we are helping and working with you to create. These lower energy beings or fields cannot tolerate this golden light filled with the Messianic Light consciousness. You will see now emerging opportunities of peace on the Earth. You will see opportunities of resolutions of possible differences and then it could just as easily turn around. It could be the background for a conflict unless there is the cleansing of this lower field. Remember, the lower energies cannot tolerate or work when there is in its presence fifth-dimensional light. You who are lightworkers have this ability to connect to fifth-dimensional light.
